Please refer to the “New Patient” tab under treatment in order to learn more about the process!

  • During your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your symptoms, concerns, and treatment goals. Based on that conversation, we’ll recommend the best path forward—whether that’s therapy, medication, or a combination of both.

  • Yes, we offer secure telehealth appointments for both therapy and medication management. These are a convenient option for patients who prefer to be seen from home or live outside the area. We do require the first initial appointment to be in person so our providers can really get to know you!

  • We accept a variety of major insurance plans. Please contact our office to confirm whether we are in-network with your specific plan.

    • $215 for adult new patient appointments

    • $250 for child/adolescent new patient appointments

    • $140 for follow-up visits

  • Yes, our licensed psychiatric providers can prescribe controlled medications when clinically appropriate. We follow strict federal and state guidelines for prescribing and monitoring.

  • For non-urgent questions, you can reach us through our patient portal or by calling the office. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • Please first check with your pharmacy prior to making a refill request. Typically for controlled substances a 3 month supply cannot be sent in so our providers instead send in three separate prescriptions to your pharmacy. If you are out of medications, it may mean it is time to schedule a follow-up appointment with your provider. All requests can be made via the patient portal or over the phone. We ask for 2-3 business days for medications to be refilled so it is apparent you make your request prior to your last dose.

  • In most cases, we require you to be seen regularly in order to continue prescribing medications safely. If you’ve missed a follow-up, please contact us to reschedule as soon as possible. We may be able to provide a short-term refill to bridge the gap, depending on your medication and treatment history.

  • If your insurance requires a prior authorization, our team will submit the necessary paperwork. This process can take several days, depending on your insurance provider. Please contact your pharmacy to check on the status while we work with your insurer

  • We can accommodate early refill requests in many cases, but please notify us at least a week in advance. For controlled medications, early refills are subject to stricter regulations and may not always be possible. We are unable to send controlled medications over state lines so please notify us ahead over your travel plans
