New Patients

Welcome to our practice!

***We are accepting new patients as soon as next week***

We’re honored that you’ve chosen us as a partner in your mental health journey. As a new patient, we ask that you complete our New Patient Registration Form (link below), which includes your contact information, mental health history, and the reason you’re seeking care. This information allows our team to better understand your needs and provide thoughtful, individualized support from day one. Please also bring a valid ID, insurance details (if applicable), and any relevant records or referral notes. If you have any questions or concerns before your first appointment, our compassionate staff is here to guide you every step of the way.

1. What to Expect as a New Patient

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you—not just your symptoms, but your story. During the initial evaluation, your provider will explore your background, current concerns, and any goals you have for treatment. This session is collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free. We understand that reaching out for help takes courage, and we’re here to ensure you feel safe, heard, and respected from the start.

2. Preparing for Your First Appointment

To make the most of your first appointment, we encourage you to complete your intake forms ahead of time and jot down any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss. If you're currently taking any medications or have seen other mental health professionals, please bring that information with you. Whether you're seeking therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, our goal is to create a personalized plan that works for you. We ask that all intake forms are completed 24 hours prior to you initial appointment so your provider has plenty of time to review it.

3.Finding the Right Provider for Your Needs

During the intake process, we help determine which type of care—or combination of care—is the best fit for you. Some patients benefit most from counseling or psychotherapy, while others may need medication management to support their mental health. Many find that a combination of both offers the most effective results. Based on your initial concerns, history, and preferences, we’ll match you with a licensed therapist, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, or a psychiatrist. If you're unsure what you need, that’s okay—our team will guide you through the process and ensure you’re connected with the right provider for your specific goals and circumstances.

4.Insurance & Self-Pay Information

We accept a variety of major insurance plans to help make care accessible and affordable. If you're unsure whether your plan is in-network with us, our front office is happy to verify your coverage before your first appointment.

For patients without insurance or those choosing to pay out-of-pocket, our self-pay rates are as follows:

  • Adult New Patient Appointment: $215

  • Child/Adolescent New Patient Appointment: $250

  • Follow-Up Appointments: $140

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and contactless payment options. If you have questions about billing please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office staff—we’re here to help.
